Sagat joins the roster in the latest patch of Street Fighter 6, and his presence is set to elevate gameplay in the World Tour mode. Players can now embark on a quest to unlock the legendary Muay Thai master as a mentor for their avatar.

To access Sagat, players need to complete chapter 12-1 of the main story. This allows access to Thailand, where Sagat resides. After speaking with Sandal and facing off against the Ti Khao gang, players will battle Mhapa at Old Nayshall. Upon her defeat, a ticket to Thailand is awarded, leading to a cutscene featuring Sagat.

However, players must complete the “Mae Mai Mud Muay” minigame before actually interacting with him. Although Sagat claims he will only serve as a sparring partner, successfully navigating these challenges will unlock him as a Master.
