Riot Games is gearing up for the full launch of their highly anticipated tag-fighter, 2XKO, on October 7. Following an exhilarating Closed Beta, player feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with champions like Vi and Blitzcrank receiving high praise. The beta phase allowed Riot to test matchmaking, fix bugs, and ensure server stability ahead of the broader launch.
On launch day, 2XKO will introduce its complete “Season 0” build, featuring new combo trials and an expanded roster of ten champions. All unlocks, skins, and mastery rewards will become permanent, marking a new era for players.
During Early Access, Riot aims to enhance the Battle Pass, refine Ranked mode, and balance the game based on community input. They are also launching a competitive program, First Impact, designed to support community tournaments throughout 2025, complete with prize incentives like a $2,500 Duo Bounty at events, starting with Evo France from October 10 to 12. The transition to Early Access is set to be a thrilling phase for all players!
